Cooking with Only 3 Ingredients Challenge #CookingChallenge #3Ingredient...

Our first dish is a classic comfort food: Mac and Cheese. To make this, we need elbow macaroni, grated cheddar cheese, and a can of evaporated milk. Cook the macaroni according to the package instruction, then add the grated cheddar cheese, and evaporated milk in the same pot. Stir until the cheese has melted and sauce thickened, and voila! We have a warm and gooey Mac and Cheese.

Next up is our easy-to-make scrambled eggs with avocado. We need two eggs, half of an avocado, and some salt and pepper. Begin by mashing the avocado in a small bowl, then add the eggs, salt, and pepper, and whisk them all together. Heat up a non-stick pan, pour the mixture in, and keep stirring until the eggs are cooked through. Serve it with a slice of bread or some bacon if you like.

For our third dish, we have a simple yet delicious recipe for guacamole. All we need is one avocado, one ripe tomato, and some lime juice. Chop the tomato and avocado, then mix them together. Add lime juice to taste, and stir until all ingredients are well combined. This dip would go great with some tortilla chips or even as a spread on your sandwich.

Fourth on our list is an easy and healthy fruit salad. We need some pineapple, mango, and strawberries. Cut all the fruits into bite-size pieces and combine them in a bowl. Mix well and our refreshing fruit salad is ready to serve!

Last but not least, we have a dessert recipe that can be done in minutes: chocolate mousse. We will need heavy cream, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Start by melting the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Then, add vanilla extract to the heavy cream and whisk it until it becomes fluffy. Mix in the melted chocolate, divide it equally into cups, and leave them to chill in the fridge for at least an hour. And there we have it, a creamy and decadent chocolate mousse.

And that’s a wrap! Cooking with Only 3 Ingredients Challenge was such a fun and creative experience in the kitchen. These simple dishes show that sometimes less is more, and we can still enjoy delicious meals without a long list of ingredients. We hope you enjoyed
